What Happens When You Call

• We ask about your property: yard size, amount of shade and foliage, any standing water features, and how bad the mosquito pressure has been.
• We go over which program fits your situation, whether that is a full recurring seasonal program, a one-time event spray, or a standing-water inspection with larviciding.
• We give you the rate before anything is scheduled. Pricing is clear and explained up front. Ask what it covers and you get a straight answer.
• We put the first visit on the calendar. The price is confirmed before we book anything, and you decide from there.

There is no obligation to schedule on the first call. You get the information you need to make a decision, and we move forward when you are ready.

What to Have Ready Before You Call

You do not need to have everything figured out before you pick up the phone. It helps to know a few things going in:

• The approximate size of your yard or the area you want treated
• Whether you have any standing water features such as ponds, low spots, or drainage areas that stay wet after rain
• The date of any upcoming event if you are calling about a one-time pre-event spray
• Whether ticks or fleas are a concern alongside mosquitoes, since that add-on can be built into the same visit
